Upgrade Mail::Toaster

On any recent Mail::Toaster, this will work:

• toaster_setup.pl -s toaster

On moderately new toasters (3.x or later), this should work:

• perl -e 'use MATT::Utility; InstallMailToaster';

If neither works, your toaster is pre-historic and you'll have to manually install Mail::Toaster. Use the following make targets:

• make
• make test
• make install logs conf cgi
